Form to request that a Junior membership continue to the following year
Article III(e) of the bylaws indicates that all Junior memberships automatically expire at the end of the current year. However, you may request that your membership continue to the following year. The deadline for doing this is December 31.
The adjacent form should be used to submit such a request. It will be considered by the Board of Directors at its next regular meeting (usually on the second Tuesday of each month) and you will be informed whether it has been accepted.
By submitting this request, you agree that if it is accepted, you will be responsible for full Junior dues for that year.
If the Board does not receive a request to continue the membership submitted in a timely fashion, the membership will end on December 31. Therefore, if you do not wish to continue your membership, there’s nothing you need to do. If your membership has expired and you then wish to be a member, you will have to reapply for membership.
